Does anyone have any chili or soup recipes without potatoes?

i am kind of watching my carbs so do u know any chili and soup recipes without potatoes and beans list the calories also and nutritional facts too that i feel is important so thank u Does anyone have any chili or soup recipes without potatoes?
Cincinnati Chili -- Total Carbs: 8.1g


Dietary Fiber: 2.8g











INGREDIENTS


1 tablespoon vegetable oil


1/2 cup chopped onion


2 pounds ground beef


1/4 cup chili powder


1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1 teaspoon ground cumin


1/4 teaspoon ground allspice


1/4 teaspoon ground cloves


1 bay leaf


1/2 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate


2 (10.5 ounce) cans beef broth


1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce


2 tablespoons cider vinegar


1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper


1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese











DIRECTIONS


Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 6 minutes.


Add beef, in batches if necessary, and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned.


Add chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, allspice, cloves, bay leaf, chocolate, beef broth, tomato sauce, cider vinegar, and red pepper. Stir to mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.


It is the best if you now refrigerate overnight.


Remove the bay leaf. Reheat gently over medium heat. Serve over hot, drained spaghetti. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Kielbasa Stew -- Total Carbs: 6.7g


Dietary Fiber: 1.2g











INGREDIENTS


1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces


1 tablespoon butter


1 (14 ounce) can beef broth


1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup


1 1/2 cups water


3 cups shredded cabbage


1 onion, chopped


1/2 cup diced green bell pepper


1 1/2 teaspoons salt


1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


1/4 cup sour cream











DIRECTIONS


In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook sausage in butter until brown. Pour broth, tomato soup and water into pan with sausage. Stir in cabbage, onion and bell pepper and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, or until flavors are well blended. Stir in sour cream and heat through before serving.

Real Texas Chili -- Total Carbs: 4.9g


Dietary Fiber: 1.4g











INGREDIENTS


3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast - cut into 1 inch cubes


2 tablespoons olive oil


3 cloves garlic, minced


3 tablespoons chili powder


2 teaspoons ground cumin


3 tablespoons all-purpose flour


1 tablespoon dried oregano


2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth, divided


1 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper











DIRECTIONS


Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the beef cubes in the oil for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and stir in the garlic.


In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin and flour. Sprinkle over the meat and stir until evenly coated. Crumble the oregano over the meat and pour in 1 1/2 cans of the broth.


Add the salt and ground black pepper, stir together well, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer, partially covered for about 90 minutes. Pour in remaining broth and simmer 30 minutes more, until meat begins to fall apart. Cool, cover and refrigerate to allow the flavors to blend.

Well, what good is chili without beans? Here's a veg soup you'll like without the potatoes. I never measure I'm one of those... throw it in cooks but I'll try for you.


All cans 15 oz %26amp; partly drained of juices.


1 can green beans.


1 can peas


2 carrots peeled and chopped


1 can corn


NOTE: remaining cans not drained


1 can italian tomatoes


1/2 a can of rotel tomatoes


1 can tomato sauce


1/4 bag veggy noodles


1 can chic broth


2TBLS minced garlic


1 chopped onion


1to 1 1/2 TBLS Italian seasoning


2 ts garlic salt


2 ts onion powder


1 chicken and tomato bouillon cube


All you do is pour all into a large pot or crock pot and cook.


This has a great kick to it. You won't be disappointed.


NOTE: Look for bouillon cube on mexican isle.
Creamy Cheddar Soup





1 small onion, diced


1 large jar diced pimentos, drained


3 tablespoons butter


3 tablespoons all-purpose flour


1陆 cups chicken stock


1陆 cups cream


3/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar


陆 cup chopped green onions


Salt and black pepper


Dash cayenne pepper, optional


Suggested Serving: your favorite bread or croutons


In a saucepan, saute onion and pimentos in butter for 5 to 7 minutes. Blend in flour. Add stock and cream. Cook until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add 1/4 cup green onions, salt and pepper, to taste, and cayenne if desired. Garnish with remaining green onions.
i love this recipie and you can omit the beans if you want personally i add hamburg 3 halopenos 2 cans of diced tomatoes kidney beans corn celery and onions LOL and omit the green chillies but you can pick and choose what you want but this is like my favorite recipie good luck
