Shepherd's Pie

Boil potatoes.

Fry out your ground beef with onion. I use beef OXO for flavouring/salt.

Mash the potatoes, put a thin layer of potato in the bottom of a casserole dish. Then put your cooked ground beef on top, then a tin of TOMATO SOUP, then a tin of peas %26amp; carrots, then a tin of corn, then the rest of the potato on top of that. You can smear a thin layer of butter on the top and broil in the oven until the top browns and crisps a little, then eat!

YUM YUM

My father only eats spaghetti with TOMATO SOUP. Ground beef fried out with onion %26amp; green pepper then add the soup and pour over spaghetti.

Same thing with goulash..that's how I make it. Fry out the beef with onions and green peppers..salt %26amp; pepper or beef OXO to taste..then mix with TOMATO SOUP and cooked macaroni. It's wicked good.

Cabbage rolls too..lots of work, and if you can get good big cabbage with big leaves, email me and I'll send you my recipe..yum yum. I use three cans of tomato soup..plus a tin of tomatoes in it. TASTY TASTY.
If you have a slow cooker, a small one that is, put one can of soup, one can of mixed veggies and a small amount of roast and let it cook for about 3-4 hours on high and it makes yummy veggie beef soup.
You can make a sloppy joe mix using Campbell's tomato soup. The recipe is sometimes printed on the inside of the label?
You can use it to flavor ground beef %26amp; add chile powder, hot sauce, etc. to make a taco or burrito filling.

On the left you can click ingredients on hand to narrow the selection.
You can change it up and make a bisque by adding heavy whipping cream instead of water. Simmer it slowly and then add fresh chopped parsley. Or you can make a slammin meatloaf by adding the tomato soup to the mixture of hamburger, onion, garlic and pepper. You bake it for 1 hour and you're good to go.
You can use one of them is this:

Magnificent Mystery Cookies - has tomato soup in them.. my g/f made them once, and they're quite good.
We do pork chops or pork steaks, or cut smaller pieces of pork butt (shoulder)...also hamburger patties.

Just brown the meat in the frying pan, add sliced onions, %26amp; the tomato soup. Salt %26amp; pepper to your taste. Cover %26amp; simmer, ocassionally basting soup over meat. When soup has turned into a thick sauce, serve! (We serve with rice, but also good with mashed potatoes)

BTW... This can also be done with Cream of Mushroom Soup!
I make both of these for a twist.
