Does anyone have recipes for cream cheese/cream soup dip?

A few years ago I made a dip/spread using a mixture of cream cheese and a can of cream soup. The dip was delicious and I would like to make it again but unfortunately I lost the recipe . I originally found the recipe on a cream soup can lable. I recently went on the websites for ';Philly'; cream cheese and ';Campbells'; soup to locate the recipe but didn't find it. Has anyone made this dip and can post the recipe here? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.Does anyone have recipes for cream cheese/cream soup dip?
