Olive Garden E Fagoli Soup





Ingredients


1 lb ground beef


1 cup diced onion


1 cup julienned carrot


3 stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)


2 garlic cloves, minced


2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes


1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans (with liquid)


1 (15 ounce) can great northern (white) beans (with liquid)


1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce


2 (12 ounce) cans v-8 vegetable juice


1 cup beef stock


1 teaspoon vinegar


1 1/2 teaspoons salt


1 teaspoon oregano


1 teaspoon basil


1/2 teaspoon pepper


1/2 teaspoon thyme


1/2 lb ditali pasta





grated parmesan cheese








Directions:





Brown beef in a large stock pot over medium heat-drain off fat.





Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic and saute for 10 minutes.





Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, and simmer for 1-2 hours.





Cook pasta in separate pot, drain well and add to soup, simmer 10 minutes.

Olive Garden庐 Zuppa Toscana





1 lb ground Italian sausage


1陆 tsp crushed red peppers


1 large diced white onion


4 Tbsp bacon pieces


2 tsp garlic puree


10 cups water


5 cubes of chicken bouillon


1 cup heavy cream


1 lb sliced Russet potatoes, or about 3 large potatoes


录 of a bunch of kale





Saut茅 Italian sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot


. Drain excess fat, refrigerate while you prepare other ingredients





In the same pan, saut茅 bacon, onions and garlic for approxiamtly 15 mins. or until the onions are soft.





Mix together the chicken bouillon and water,


then add it to the onions, bacon and garlic.


Cook until boiling.





Add potatoes and cook until soft, about half an hour.





Add heavy cream and cook until thoroughly heated.





Stir in the sausage.





Add kale just before serving.
