Vegetarian Cheddar Broccoli Soup Recipes?
I just realized that Panera's Broccoli Cheddar soup and Bob Evan's Cheddar Baked Potato soup contain chicken broth. I'm so upset! I've been looking online for vegetarian versions and none of the recipes look very good... Is it possible to replace the chicken broth with vegetable broth, or will the flavor be compromised?
